Submitting Images of Your ERA Replica to the Registry

Image Submission
To submit images of your ERA to the registry, simply attach your photographs as a file to the Registry email address at eraregistry@aol.com. Make certain you reference your vehicle's V.I.N. number so we can identify you as the owner and your region.

We use different size images through out the Registry.

• Basic Listing 350 pixels x 250 pixels
• Gallery (large) 709 pixels x 317 pixels
• Gallery (medium) 346 pixels x 321 pixels
• Gallery (small) 346 pixels x 223 pixels
• For Sale (virtually any size)

In general, you do not need to be concerned about the size of your image. Most images taken with a modern digital camera will be well over 2,000 pixels wide. We will crop them to the proper size for the various areas.

Aspect Ratio of Image
More important is your images aspect ratio or the ratio of length to width. When we crop a submitted photo, for example, we will need to crop the photo with more length than width. This is very easy to do so long as the vehicle does not take up the entire image. In other words, when taking the photo do not fill up the entire lens with the car. Leave some space on the sides and top so we can work with it. Avoid cropping images prior to submission or images that are very long in relationship to their height.

Submitting Poster Images
If you are submitting images for a Custom ERA Poster, the images need to be at least 7 inches by 6 inches at 300 dpi. This will equate to something over 2,100 pixels wide. Again, most standard submission from a modern digital camera will be over 3,000 pixels in width which gives us plenty of room to properly size the image.
